Yes, Amiga tech is the only thing that is still faster. But outdated 
tech and more stuff missing than in Syllable

Pekr, an OS that boots in 10 seconds, has a fully functional scriptable 
browser, printing, and rebol would be ideal for my EMR as a client 
platforml.

Skype as well would be good.
