video stream works... other than that, yes, editing and encoding 
takes a lot of time.

i'll be back home on tuesday 4th, and will start editing and encoding 
the keynote immediately. hopefully, it will be ready by 5th...

looks fine. I won't be doing more work today on it, but I might make 
a new frame that fits a little better into the presentation layout.

I am thinking of doing my presentation in Breeze (video/audio prefab 
over the web with chatbox etc.) Liitle less fun for the people in 
the room but a lot more fun for everbody who is not coming. If I 
do that, who would be happy?

Breeze trial account on Macromedia if you want to add voice (e.g.

Why this way? If this works we might be able to set up a more frequent 
virtaul meeting/conference.

re: websites down. I think the culprit in both cases is Chris's site 
(http://www.ross-gill.com/) where the CSS files reside.

not trying to read too much into signs awailable - but Heather Arrington 
of Vital Needs is removed from the conference schedule and all REBOL 
related info from their website vanished, while just few months ago 
they praised REBOL as an enabling technology in various documents 
on their website ... strange ...
