In a half-hour when I can cancel another seed, it'll jump more :)
Graham

[2252]

at times when there are no seeds around, just use http to download.
that will always work :) of course the torrent is preferred when
there are many seeds (faster, less bw used on my server).
Geomol's video is online
(let me know if you need more seeding on any of the videos.)

yeah, in few hours I will get home and will download all videos (except
Carl's one which I already have)

the guy who worked on plug-in was Josh or Jaime?
Gabriele
6-Oct-2005
[2262]
IE plugin?
Pekr
6-Oct-2005
[2263x2]
yes ...
is there any other plug-in? :-)
Gabriele
6-Oct-2005
[2265]
not Jaime for sure :)
Pekr

I just remember it was Josh, but Carl mentioned Jaime will continue
on plug-in, so I am confused and trying to figure out, who does what
:-)
Gabriele

[2267x2]
yep, i guess Jaime is going to coordinate Firefow plugin development...
but, ask them, not me ;-)
Firefox
Pekr

[2269]
who's them?
Gabriele

[2270]
Jaime and Carl

The original IE plug-in author (whatever his name is :-) is still
available and will continue development of plug-in?
Gabriele
6-Oct-2005
[2272]
dunno.

I will have to dig-up a bit in past messages. There is an "easy"
way of how to use FF plug-in via some wrapper for IE ...
yeksoon

[2274]
mozilla active x?
Pekr
6-Oct-2005
[2275x2]
yeksoon - what are you asking about in particular?
imo plug-in should be developed for mozilla, as there is general
cross-browser plus vendors agreement on that - new type of plug-in,
supported by "the rest", and then and only then to look at IE crap.
yeksoon

[2277]
to my knowledge, FF plugin for rebol is some kind of wrappers around
the IE active X stuffs
Pekr
6-Oct-2005
[2278x2]
ah so ... there is no FF plug-in of Rebol. It is just helper hack
to actually make it working ...
I think that we should produce clean NS plug-in and then make it
work with IE using the wrapper. That should be preferred solution
imo ...

Maarten's video is now available via http too

Should the file size be 150,954,509 bytes ?
Gabriele
6-Oct-2005
[2287x3]
yep.
do you want me to do a checksum?
>> checksum/secure read/binary %"Richard Smolak.mp4"
== #{D39B1D29D629E72C9ABE4B181ABD97BBA190B65B}

OK ... I have a different checksum .... (I downloaded this with Azurius)
... I will try http later tonight
FYI my checksum was   #{DF04DE8179F7F9CB3B514A6DF894A2C8B4C243F3}
Gabriele

[2292]
it's strange because torrents should check checksums too.

wrong title on the photo index page, must be devcon 2005, not 2004....
Gabriele

I'm off to do a shoot for the next few days, but I think I will be

600 photos I took.
