Graham - maybe you have to download some firmware update for the 
cam first to resolve the buggy software :-)

How about Max stand next to the screen ... and the camera can focus 
on Max and capture the screen as well??

Or, Sunanda can stand next to screen to act as a focus ??

I guess you can't focus a camera on Glass

Yah, the rule is simple for the Cam, less than 50% of the area needs 
to be the projecfed image, it should then stay in focus when somoene 
is standing in front of it.
