[REBOL] communication

I need to exchange some data between two Rebol programs, I've thought to the TCP interface. 1) Exists a set of routines for the job? 2) Cannot be established by the Rebol community a sort of protocol for this (like in ARexx)? 3) Already exists a public protocol which can be adapted to this (but it must be very light, fast and easy to implement in Rebol) ? --- Ciao Romano
