[REBOL] [altme rebol.org] AltMe REBOL world account request support on REBOL.org

Many people subscribed to the ML are also on the main REBOL AltMe
world*, but certainly not everyone, and new people often don't even
know about the dark net of AltMe. If they know about it, they may not
know how to request an account (the guest account is no longer
active), so Sunanda has added a way to do this via REBOL.org.

For this to work, you need to be a member on REBOL.org. The benefit is
that it pulls your account info to send in the request. Easy as can
be.
The request will be sent to one or more people the library team, who
may then create the account directly (if they are a world master) or
post a request to the Accounts group on the world.
Big thanks to Sunanda for making this happen, and suggestions for
improvement are welcome.
