Grab any of these two:

and you will be able to generate HTML version of documentation
using provided (slightly modified) make-doc.r. Do %konka-doc.r
to start Easy Viewer Bis on konka-doc.txt. Prefered.
Here is an access to a pre-generated HTML doc if you are not
interested in the scripts provided above. Takes time - this
is a 360 K file with images!
