WOW! I found the following results:
That event does not function under Ms Windows 2000 professional but
functions under Ms Windows XP!!!
Can somebody to confirm me that? Did someone obtain the same results?
NOTE: My rebol is *the same* in both machines (I use licenced
REBOL/Command/View 2.0.0.3.1).

Works for me on Windows NT 4 with REBOL/View 1.2.1.3.1 21-Jun-2001.
Maybe you have changed the environment somehow - in user.r?
