[ALLY] Memory leaks

 [1/1] from: blazs::orac::net::au at: 21-Nov-2000 0:55

Hello list, I seem to have a memory leak running the Boing Ball demo, in particular, under 0.10.38.1.1. When running the demo and looking at the memory counter I have on the Workbench screen title bar, it is constantly counting down. It's a good thing I have a fair bit of memory to play around with, so I was able to leave the demo running to impress people at last month's ACE2K show in Melbourne :). I'm wondering if others, who have run the Boing Ball demo on the Amiga, have the same problem? I tried the same demo running on the Windoze version (0.10.38.3.1) but AFAIK Windoze don't give me a real time update on memory usage :(. So I couldn't tell if the demo was using up memory like the Amiga version; if it's of any consolation, I have had the Windoze version of the Boing Ball demo running for a good 3 to 4 hours without any problems. All Boing'ed out of memory ;-] Blaz P.S. I can't remember if I've sent this request in before, so I CC'ed it to feedback anyway.
