arrow button styles

Here is a new style of arrow buttons,
which look nice and could be useful for some
documentation or previous/next buttons etc.

It needs view beta 1.2.5 or up, or whichever beta
first provided the btn style.
Anyway it doesn't work on view 1.2.1
