ahaa: :thanks for the tip. I had no idea there were humans involved! Now here's my problem: I recently subscribed to VerizonDSL at new street address. Verizon insists I use [jason--cunliffe--verizon--net] as my email and smtp.verizon.net for all outgoing. But I have older emails which I keep. I am likely to jump to another provider at the first chance I get. When I try to subscribe to mailing lists they say ok subscribed, but offer me no chance to settle and precise the imbalance between the sending address and my reply to. [Sony Laptop using OutlookExpress5.5 on Win98se] Some other lists I subscribe seem fast and find. One good list I have been comletely unable to post to [manifold-L] even though it lets me subscribe. This [rebol] is completely erratic but typically hours or days later. Who ever is having to do somthing manually: THANKS.. but why dont they say something? Does anyone have a solution? ./Jason
