Connected?

I'm getting Connected? True when I'm not online.
Win 98 REBOL/View 1.2.1.3.1.
No LAN or other network card -- it's a completely standalone machine when the
steam modem isn't in use.
Any ideas? Is there some magic hidden variable that'll tell me what Rebol
thinks we're connected to?
