XML-RPC - rebXR

Who is working on XML-RPC? What happened to rebXR?
Looks like really cool stuff but I can't get any of it working right now
without some documentation.
This link says:

RXR is dead -- and rebXR is recommended as replacement.
However, the link to: http://earl.strain.at/space/rebXR
<http://earl.strain.at/space/rebXR> is also dead.
Where do we go from here?

I'm sorry, but my host (strain.at) is currently down. I expect it to
be up and running again within the next weeks, but content recovery
may take a while.
Meanwhile, I've attached the latest version of rebXR (1.3.0). If you
have any questions regarding usage, do not hesitate to contact me
off-list.
